Ordering & Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
By default, we deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. If you would like to ship to another country or have specific shipping requests, please contact us, and we’ll find a solution for you.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are always calculated based on the number of bottles ordered. There are no hidden fees—we believe in honest and transparent pricing.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In general:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 business days
  • France, Spain & Italy: 3-7 business days
    For international orders, we will provide an estimated delivery time upon request.

Wine Quality & Condition

Do you guarantee the quality of the wine?
We take the utmost care in sourcing, storing, and shipping our wines. However, we do not provide guarantees for issues such as cork taint, premature oxidation (premox), or other wine faults. These risks are inherent to fine wine and beyond our control.

How are the wines stored before shipping?
All wines are stored in optimal temperature- and humidity-controlled conditions to preserve their quality before they reach you.

What if I receive a damaged bottle?
If a bottle is broken or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately with pictures of the package, and we will assist you.

Purchasing & Availability

Can I reserve wines or pre-order upcoming releases?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not work with allocations. Fine wine should be accessible to everyone, so we do not reserve bottles in advance.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes, we work with both private collectors and the hospitality industry. If you’re looking for a specific selection or larger quantities, please contact us for tailored advice and pricing.

Can I request a specific wine that’s not listed on your website?
Absolutely! We have an extensive network of trusted partners and collectors worldwide. If you’re looking for a rare or specific bottle, let us know, and we’ll try to source it for you.
