I carefully source from trusted suppliers and private collections, focusing only on bottles with clear provenance and proper storage history.
Are all wines ready to drink now?
Yes. Every bottle is selected with drinkability in mind—either at peak or approaching it.
Do I need to cellar these wines further, or can I drink them now?
In most cases, no. My focus is on wines that can be enjoyed now, without the need for long-term storage.
